SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR ALL CONSULTING SERVICES

This Agreement shall take effect on the date it is signed and upon confirmation that full payment has been received and accepted.

Introduction

Welcome to BobPara.com, owned and operated by Bob Para Dynamic Enterprises, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). This Service Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) governs your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), participation in the Bob Para Elite Level Business Strategist & Consultant Program (the “Program”), and any related courses, materials, or services. By enrolling in the Program or using our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site and the Program immediately.

By entering into this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Program Participation and Payment Terms

1. Full Payment at Signing: All fees for all consulting services, including the total Program tuition, must be paid in full at the time of enrollment (the “Payment”). No access to materials, sessions, or services will be granted until full payment is received.

2. No Partial Access: Failure to provide the full Payment at signing disqualifies you from receiving any Program materials or services.

3. Non-Refundable: All fees, including deposits and total Program tuition, are non-refundable once paid.

Intellectual Property Rights

Choice of Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any legal action arising from these Terms.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, terrorism, war, labor strikes, technical failures, or pandemics.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to attempt an informal resolution first. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in class-action suits.
